Kettler Kadett Outrigger Style Rower Rowing Machine

One of the best ways of getting fit is rowing as it uses pretty much all of your body muscles. As a result it is not surprising that rowing machines are amongst the top selling fitness equipment. One of the problems with many of these though is that it is just not the same as proper rowing and therefore are not as good as the real thing. However, the Kettler Kadett Outrigger Style Rower Rowing Machine is different. With its circular movement and a system of hydraulics it accurately simulates rowing on water - no danger of falling and getting wet though! It has the ability to change the resistance to your own particular choice, so you can start at a lower resistance and work your way up to something more strenuous. The training computer helps you to keep track of how you are doing providing information on strokes, distance covered, etc. If you are looking to get fit then I think it is a great buy.
